Caravans and tents will be provided with individual distinguishing marks by our staff during registration, ensuring daytime supervision. Settlements will be made based on the registration forms with unique numbers (site numbers), indicating the number of persons and length of stay. We kindly request our camping guests to specify the type of service (no meals or half-board) on the day of arrival. Certain parts and areas of the camping site are designated for pipes, therefore tent pegs cannot be placed there.

• Tourist tax: 1.3 € /person/night for individuals over 18 years of age
• Pet fee in designated apartments: 16 € /pet/night
• Pool use fee for external guests: 5 € /person/night
• Early check-in from 12:00 PM: 13 € /room
• Late check-out until 1:00 PM: 13 € /room

Payment methods

50% of the total participation fee must be paid within 5 working days from the date of booking and receipt of the advance payment request letter. The payment can be made using one of the following methods:

• Payment in cash or by credit card on the spot

Each guest is responsible for settling their own accommodation and other service fees. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival or departure, based on the invoice issued by the hotel.

For those who have reserved tent or caravan spots with optional meals, the club will pay the accommodation fee based on the settlement on site or by bank transfer within 8 days after the event.

Check-in time for our guests is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, while check-out time is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. For arrivals and departures at a different time, please coordinate with our staff at the reception desk.

Our spa is open for guests from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For information about services available at the spa, such as massages, please inquire at the wellness reception desk.

The hotel reserves the right to claim damages. In case of damage, the cost of compensation will be charged to the account of the responsible party after consultation with the organizers and an assessment of the damages.

Event details

• The registration tent will be provided by the organizers during the event, located to the right of the main gate of the hotel, next to the barrier. Hotel staff will perform the registration tasks under the guidance of the organizers. The hotel provides personnel to record guest information and assign tent/caravan spots, but they will not be involved in club-related tasks.
• Guests staying at the hotel will receive their room keys only if they present the wristbands they received during registration at the reception.
• Security services will be arranged for the event (details to be confirmed at a later time).
• A separate room (large restaurant) will be reserved for the Saturday evening event.
• The gala dinner will take place on June 3, 2023, in the hotel’s separate room. All registered guests will receive a wristband that entitles them to attend the gala dinner. External guests and camping guests without catering can purchase a dinner ticket for 20 € /person/occasion at the registration desk and hotel reception, allowing them to participate in the gala dinner. During the event, our staff will continuously monitor the wristbands and dinner tickets of the guests. If a guest attends the gala dinner without a wristband or dinner ticket, they will be charged on an open account, in consultation with the organizers. Those participating in the gala program and those without catering are not required to purchase a dinner ticket. They may do so later at the hotel reception during the dinner.
• The exact menu of the gala dinner will be specified in the first week preceding the event. Please notify us in advance of any lactose- or gluten-free requirements.
