To ensure your own, and your fellow Guests’ safety, please read, understand and uphold our policies:
Protecting the environment, flora and fauna is the duty of everyone on site. Damaging trees, discarding food or other waste near/on plants or green areas is strictly prohibited. Fastening ropes/cables of awning to trees/hedge is prohibited. Waste may only be discarded in dedicated bins. Please do not feed nearby wild animals! Smoking outside of the designated area is strictly prohibited! We do not take responsibility for motorhomes/vehicles left open and unsupervised. In case of fire in the campsite, please alert our colleagues at the camping reception immediately, leave the campsite and follow further instructions.

ACCESSIBLE TOILET/SHOWER
We offer accessible toilet and shower options to our mobility-impaired guests on our campsite, which can be found in the washroom facility in the main building.
BABY-FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT
Our camping is family-friendly. We offer equipment free of charge, such as: baby bottle warmer, toilet training seat, potty, or baby bath. Might you need any of these items, our camping reception is happy to assist you!
BAR
Our bar can be found in the main building of the Hotel. If you have questions about opening hours and the beverage selection, our colleagues are happy to assist you.

CAMPING SITEMAP
Informational sitemaps about the campsite are available either at the camping reception, or Guests may scan the QR codes to access them. The main roads of the camping are paved, the area is landscaped and well lit.
CHEMICAL TOILET/GREY WATER DISPOSAL
Disposal of grey water is available at multiple locations at the campsite, that are marked on the sitemap. Chemical toilets are also marked, equipment for keeping the facility clean and hygienic is provided. In case of need, our camping reception staff is here to assist you.
CHECK-IN
Check-in at the camping reception, in the main building, is required upon arrival. Arrival is possible from 14:00.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out at the camping reception, in the main building, is required on departure. Our guests may stay on the campsite until 12:00.
CLEANING / SITE IMAGE
At Thermal Camping, our colleagues are working every day to ensure our Guests can relax in a clean, hygienic and well-kept environment. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining this together!
COMPLAINTS
During your stay, might you have any complaints or notices, please inform our camping reception staff, who will do everything to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Guest satisfaction is the most important to us!

DARTS
A darts board can be found at the terrace next to our restaurant outside, which is available free of charge. Guests may request darts equipment at the camping reception and are asked to return them there after playing. Please use the equipment responsibly, keeping your safety and the safety of others in mind.
DINING OPTIONS
Our Guests are offered breakfast, lunch and dinner for a fee in our restaurant. Our restaurant is comfortably available on foot, in the main building. Opening hours and restaurant menu are available at our colleagues.
DRINK MENU
At our bar in the main building, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served, which are to be paid separately. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to Guests under the age of 18.
DRYING RACK
A drying rack is available at the camping reception with no extra charge, after use, it is expected to be returned there.
FIRST-AID
Our two designated first-aid locations can be found pinpointed on our sitemap. For further information, please contact the camping reception.
FOOTBALL
Two football gates are set up in the grassy area in front of the terrace, the football is available at the camping reception on request, it is expected to be returned there after playing. The service is free of charge.
GATES OF THE CAMPSITE
The campsite is equipped with gates, which are operated by the camping reception staff after check-in and check-out.
GROCERY DELIVERY
A grocery delivery service is available at our campsite, upon request at the camping reception. After scheduling and discussion of details, our colleagues may order groceries for our Guests. For further information, please contact our camping receptionist colleagues.

INTERNET - WIFI
Wireless internet service is available throughout our campsite, it may be used free of charge. The password is: apartman
KITCHEN
We provide an all season kitchen at our campsite, marked on the map. The building is equipped with A/C (hot and cool) which is centrally controlled by our colleagues. If you have requests or feedback about the temperature, please contact our camping reception staff. The kitchen is available 24/7. Equipment includes: microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktops. Please read and understand our guidelines to using our kitchen carefully, in order to avoid injuries and accidents!
LAUNDRY ROOM
A laundry room is available for washing in a closed facility, it is located behind the camping kitchen and the key is available at the camping reception. The washing and drying machines are available with no extra charge. Hand washing station is also available at the facility. After using the facility, the key is to be returned to the camping reception. Please ensure safe use. For further information, please contact the camping reception staff.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests may request late check-out at our camping, which is subject to availability. Late check-out time is 18:00, the extra charge is equivalent to the day rate. Requests of the service are handled and processed at the camping reception.
LOUNGE
Our two outside lounges on the campsite are found either next to the kitchen, or next to the playground area.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
At our Thermal Camping, we are happy to assist you at our camping reception with luggage storage during opening hours.
MAIN SANITARY BLOCK
The washroom facilities reserved exclusively for camping guests are located in the service building. The women’s block is on the right-hand side after passing through the gate. It is equipped with showers, washbasins, and toilets, including an accessible (barrier-free) facility. The men’s block can be accessed from the terrace of the restaurant, the entrance is located on the right-hand side of the corridor leading to the bar. It is equipped with showers, washbasins, and toilets, including an accessible facility.
MAINTENANCE
Might you need assistance in maintenance, our camping receptionist colleagues are available to help you.
MASSAGE SERVICES
In the main wellness area, we offer massage services for an extra charge. Relax and regenerate under our masseuse’s caring hands! For more details please contact the camping reception.
MEDICAL SERVICES
For medical issues, or sudden fainting, please contact the camping reception staff. Our colleagues are able to provide information about the closest medical service, pharmacies and hospitals and their contact channels. In case of need, calling an ambulance or doctor is also possible.
MOTORHOME PITCHES
Our motorhome pitches are all equipped with electrical connection outlets (16 amper), as well as water connection. The pitches are different sizes, our colleagues at the camping reception are available to assist you.
PARKING
Parking spaces are available in multiple locations throughout the campsite, subject to availability. Reserving parking spots is not possible, spots are occupied in order of arrival. Parking is free of charge, spaces are marked on the sitemap for your convenience. For further information, please contact camping reception staff.
PETS
Our camping is pet-friendly, pets are welcome free of charge. For the peace of everyone on site, please bring all necessary documentation and equipment (e.g.: leash, dog-collar, carrier) needed for handling the pets. Before leaving your pets unattended, please always ensure their, and others’ safety first. We provide a one time welcome gift of JOSERA pre-packaged treats. Please make sure to dispose of litter and droppings in the designated collection bins. Dog waste bags may be requested at the camping reception, free of charge.

PING-PONG
A ping-pong table can be found at the terrace of our Hotel, which can be used with no extra charge. Equipment is available at the camping reception and are expected to be returned there after finishing. Please use with caution, pay attention to the safety of your own, as well as others!
PLAYGROUND
On the site of the complex, a kids’ playground is available free of charge. In addition to the playground equipment, kids and adults can both enjoy our barefoot mini park, and minigolf course. Please adhere to the rules of the playground at all times to ensure safety.

At our camping reception, a printing and scanning service is available free of charge.
PROGRAM OPTIONS
At the Thermal Camping site, guests can enjoy seasonal animation programs, while the wider surroundings offer cultural, sports, wellness, culinary, and entertainment opportunities. For your peace of mind, our colleagues are happy to assist our Guests with storing valuables in our central safe.

Our night-shift colleagues are walking and checking the campsite at least twice per night, to ensure safety and peace of our dear Guests.
SMOKING
Smoking in the campsite is only allowed in the designated area on the terrace, next to our restaurant.
SHOE CLEANING DEVICE
Shoe cleaning device can be found next to the main entrance of our Hotel, at the camping reception, which is available free of charge.
SPA AND WELLNESS
The daily rate does not include wellness daily tickets, for further information about the services and facilities as well as discounted daily pass prices, please contact the camping reception.

In case of need, our camping reception staff is happy to assist you with ordering a taxi or a transfer.
UMBRELLA
At the camping reception, umbrellas are available free of charge, but please return them after use!
WASHING FACILITY
The all-season facility is equipped with hot water, two double wash basins with drip trays. For your convenience, soap dispensers are located above the wash basins. For further information, please contact the camping reception staff.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Waste may be discarded at the waste disposal site on the campsite, which is equipped with both communal and selective waste collection bins. Please consider your environment before littering.
WELLNESS MINUTES
Our colleagues at the wellness facility welcome our Guests for wellness minutes twice a day, four days a week. It is subject change, depending on the weather, with various services and relaxing experiences.

Kitchen: open every day, available at all times for use as needed.
Laundry room: open every day, available upon request. It is a locked facility, which can be used upon prior request (in person at the reception), with a key.

Compliance with the following rules is essential for your safety and protection:
Please use only the appliances provided by the complex, which are in working order and safe to operate.
The use or placement of personal high-consumption electrical devices (e.g. electric stoves, hot plates, oil radiators, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Do not operate electrical appliances with wet hands or in wet surroundings.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the casing or cables of the appliances. If you notice a fault or malfunction, please report it immediately to our staff. Reception: +36 70 709 8105
Please handle all appliances with care and attention.
The air conditioning unit has both cooling and heating functions. It is centrally controlled and operated by our staff.
Only place well-sealed food items in the fridge, and do not overload the shelves. We recommend labeling your food with your name, camping pitch number, and date of storage. The hotel is not responsible for food stored in the fridge.
Use the microwave exclusively for heating food. Do not place metal objects or aluminum foil inside. Always use the splash cover provided to maintain hygiene for the next guest. If food spills, please clean it up and leave the appliance in usable condition.
After using the hob, switch it off and clean the surface. Be especially cautious – surfaces become hot and can cause burns if misused. Do not leave appliances on or unattended.
Access is by key, which can be collected at the hotel reception. Please lock the room after use and return the key to reception.
Do not leave machines running unattended.
Do not overload the machines. Use the washing machine and dryer only according to the instructions provided (displayed in the room).
Clothes drying racks are available at reception upon request. Please return them after use. A deposit of 2000 HUF is required, which will be refunded upon return.

After use, switch off all appliances and turn off the lights.
Do not leave appliances running while not in use.
Please help us protect the environment. Before locking the rooms, make sure all devices are unplugged/switched off.
In case of an electrical fire, do not use water. Use the designated fire extinguisher instead (mounted on the kitchen wall).

Any damage, accident, or equipment malfunction resulting from failure to follow these rules will be the responsibility of the violator.
Use of the facilities and appliances constitutes acceptance of these rules.
